HOW WE PRICE PRODUCTS AND DELIVERIES
Our approach is to:
1. Provide you with high quality products.
2. Keep the prices at which we sell & ship our products as reasonable as possible.
3. This is why we divide delivery costs into bands, according to weight, and you just pay the actual delivery cost of your parcel.
This ensures that you get the best value when it comes to delivery.
We also provide you with as broad a choice of delivery options as possible, so that you can choose the level of service and price you want to pay.
UK MAINLAND DESTINATIONS,

When you add a product to the shopping cart, you will immediately be able to see the options & prices for delivery to UK Mainland destinations, right in the cart, without having to checkout.
OTHER & INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS,
including EU and other countries
(Please see below for packages over 1.5kg**)
For all other destinations please select the “Secure Checkout” button in the cart, and follow the steps to enter a delivery address.
Once you have done this you will be able to see the delivery options & costs for your chosen destination**
International orders are usually sent by “Small Packet” post, “International Signed For”, or “Airsure” (Airsure is only available to certain countries, i.e. those which offer a tracking service within their borders).
OUTSIDE THE UK:
Please keep total packet weight UNDER 2kg for deliveries outside the UK. (or email or phone us and we will give you a quote for courier delivery)
To see delivery costs to destinations outside the UK please select the “Secure Checkout” button in the cart, and follow the steps to enter a delivery address. (for more details see on this page below)
**INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES WEIGHING OVER 1.5KG
There are a number of variations for these, and its often cheaper to send these by courier. If ordering multibuys it is usually better value to send these in separate 1kg packs.
PLEASE EMAIL OR PHONE US - AND WE WILL QUOTE THE DELIVERY COST FOR YOU. (our apologies but due to the wide range of rates, these cannot be integrated into the shopping cart system at present)
PACKAGES WEIGHING UP TO 2.5KG
These are normally sent by Royal Mail 1st Class service within the UK.
FIRST CLASS POST
95% of orders sent by 1st Class Post** on the day of order or on the following day arrive within 24 hours of posting.
(**overseas orders and orders over 2.5kg fall into separate postal bands).
UK COURIER DELIVERIES
Orders over 2.5kg and up to 10kg are sent by next day courier service for £7.10. Customers may request courier service for any order they wish.
FAST DELIVERY
Normally, orders placed before 11am reach our UK customers the following day.
*FREE DELIVERIES IN UK OVER £44
1. This applies to deliveries going to UK mainland destinations, up to 20kg**
2. Once you have have added goods to your cart with a total value of £44 or more, this free shipping option will become available in the drop-down menu in the cart.
3. Free shipping is usually sent by next day, trackable, courier service. Lighter weight items may also be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or Parcel Service.
4. Orders placed before 11:00am will usually be sent on the same day.
5. **To qualify for free delivery, please do not combine products with products in the LLR-G5, Juicer, Dehydrator & Water Purification sections. These are delivered free separately.
