This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions of your use of the Plant Spirit website located at www.plantspirit.co.uk ("the Website") and of the purchase of products from the Website.
AGREEMENT
The use of the Website constitutes your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this Agreement. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you should not use any of the products or information contained herein
PRODUCT LIABILITY
All products supplied by Plant Spirit are supplied on and "as is" basis. The customer should always examine the contents and packaging as well as the ingredients before using a product. All products are sold in accordance with section 12 of the Medicines Act 1968 (UK). Unless stated otherwise, these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (USA) or the MHRA (UK). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Plant Spirit Limited does not accept any responsibility for the use of products sold.
DISCLAIMER
The information and documents available on the Website are provided on an "as is" basis without any representations or endorsements made and without any guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied guarantees of fitness for purpose, merchantability and accuracy. Nothing contained in the Website is intended to constitute advice of any sort, whether medical or otherwise and the basis on which you acquire or make use of any information or document is that the information or document is suitable for use by you in conjunction with proper advice as to its application and for your particular requirements. PRICING
All prices shown are in pounds sterling, and are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are inclusive of VAT. When ordering on line you may pay by any major credit or debit card or by PayPal. If you would like to place your order by post, this may be paid for by cheque made out to “Plant Spirit Ltd”. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
We usually dispatch all orders the same day, or the next day, by Royal Mail 1st Class or by courier. Although we do everything we can to meet the dispatch times stated, these may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed by email or telephone and offered an alternative. This may take the form of a later delivery, an exchange or a full refund.
PAYMENTS BY CHEQUE OR ECHEQUE
Payments received by paper cheque or Paypal Echeque will be dispatched when the cheque has cleared. Please note that a Paypal Echeque can take up to 10 days to clear.
UK DELIVERY TIMES
Our standard deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. These are usually delivered within 1 to 2 days, but this is not guaranteed. Though 95% of the items we send by 1st class mail arrive within 1 or 2 days, occasionally deliveries can get held up in the postal system and take up to 10 days. As Royal Mail does not provide tracking for ordinary 1st class mail, please wait 10 days after placing an order before you contact us about a lost parcel.
If you require tracking, or guaranteed next day delivery, we also can send orders by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. The costs for these will be calculated during the checkout process.
If you require UK mainland 24 hour courier service, this can also be provided. (Orders must be placed by 10am). This is fully trackable next day service.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are placed. Simply call our Customer Care line on 020 8964 1171 (International dialling: +44 20 8964 1171) during our opening hours (9.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, and 10.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday). Alternatively you can notify us of cancellation by email, by emailing cancellation@plantspirit.co.uk with your name, address and order reference number.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may also withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days from the day you receive the product/s. Please call our Customer Care line on 020 8964 1171 (International dialling: +44 20 8964 1171) or email cancellation@plantspirit.co.uk. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your order to us.
Provided they are unopened and unused, we will be happy to refund the full cost of the products, excluding return postage costs and minus any postage costs incurred by us when sending you the products. (Items returned under our returns policy must be unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). This is in addition to your statutory rights.
If there is a fault with your product, or some other defect with your order, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt of goods, for a replacement or refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you have not received the goods within 10 days of placing your order please contact us by telephone or by email at: info@plantspirit.co.uk. If the goods are damaged when you receive them please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by telephone or email at: info@plantspirit.co.uk.
